Too bad Tweed cannot tell us about these graduates: Imagine a small school where the graduates earned a bachelor's degree at twice the expected percentage! We seem to be focused on the 'shopping mall approach' where a school has to be able to offer more.

And by extension, a large school - more than 1500 students - gets a pass because they can 'offer' more but what if their graduates cant complete a bachelors program?
